Return policy

Return (if applicable) If you don't like what you got, or if it's quite different from what you expected, we're going to make it right. We only ask that you contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your purchase to let us know what issue you're having.


We will work with you to figure out how we can sort it all out where you end up happy and we've been able to do right by you and the artisans whose work we represent.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


1. If it's unclear how the product got damaged.

2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Our products are hand spun and handwoven meaning that if you find an uneven thread thickness some where in item that doesn't mean the product is not a good quality or damaged but its a symbol of original items. We are not accepting refund and return request for this kind of products.


Pure organic and items colored with natural dying materials may leave the colors on wash and while you use because natural colors are not permanent so its an identification of pure and best quality organic products not a bad quality. We are not accepting refund and return request for this kind of products.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ssskhadi@gmail.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
